We accept cash, bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellations: 24 hrs notice is required to change or cancel your appointment, otherwise 100% of the appointment fee will be charged. Exceptions to this rule include medical emergencies and going into labour.
Telehealth
It’s wonderful for new mums who find it difficult to get out, it’s good for families who live far away and would like their child or themselves to have treatment. We have been offering this service since 2012.

Chinese Herbal Medicine
We typically use granulated herbs for adults and liquids for children, both are well tolerated and are all approved by the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) . Our suppliers have also assured us that new practices are in place regarding Covid-19 to ensure safety for all of our clients. We also use some patents for adults that are in pills, capsules or powders. The prices vary. Your herbs will be sent out to you after your consultation.
*Chinese herbs work relatively quickly and are shifting the body’s physiology and constitution. When the body changes, the treatment plan changes – and thus the herbal formula may require tweaking or may switch to a completely different formula altogether. This is when you’ll need a re-evaluation consult.

Home and Hospital Visits
Home visits are available if you are unable to physically attend the clinic.
Hospital visits are available with the approval of your supervising physician.
Price $295 (1 hour, inclusive of travel costs)
Longer sessions in hospital ($295 for first hour then $145 per hour)
